Hi All,
In March, the UHPO is going to start presenting workshops for students who are applying to Medical, Dental and Veterinary school this year. Our first session is March 25th from 3:30-5 p.m. in the BSE 2.102. I have attached some flyers and promotional materials for this first session. If you know of any students who are applying this year, please encourage them to come to this session. We answer all questions about the application process and how we can assist students through the process.
Additionally, if you would like to send an advisor from your center to see the presentation (just so you have an idea of what we are telling students), that is just great with us too.

The UHPO would like to thank the UTSA Advising Community for helping promote and support the Health Professions Day event. HP Day was a great success with 380 UTSA students attending and 60 outside visitors. A very special thanks to the UTSA Career Services team, to those who helped facilitate for the panels (Shannon Rios, Bandy Barksdale and Betsy Haddad), and to the different centers and offices who lend us dollies (USSTS, Student Placement and BBL department).
