The opportunity is for an internship and hopefully a FT position after graduation as an ETL (Executive Team Lead). The internship is a very challenging, but rewarding opportunity that is preparing students for leadership positions in the Target Retail Operations organization. They specifically want students who are from San Antonio and thus able to work there for Summer 2016 and if all goes well will want to stay in the market for a full time position after graduation. The students must have a graduation date of December 2016 or May 2017 , have a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA, and most importantly.....HAVE A PURE AND FOCUSED INTEREST IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY AND SPECIFICALLY THE OPERATIONS COMPONENT. My ask that you share this information with students you believe would be a good fit, to please have them send their resumes to me and I can follow up with them. I have attached a copy of what our standard resume looks like plus this format is what Target is looking for. They will also need to complete the INROADS application (www.inroads.org<http://www.inroads.org>) and we can move them through our application process. I have also included a copy of the INROADS standard resume template for those students who you recommend. Target is looking to move quickly on this so any help you can provide to get the students to respond ASAP would be greatly appreciated. Target is interviewing candidates in November and early December to finalize the hiring process. Donation Tree Project

Happy Holidays! The sock tree will be up November 30th, only this year we have decided to not only donate socks, but mittens and beanies as well! We decided to continue this tradition because it is such a wonderful cause. I have attached a picture of our tree; many of you have brought socks every year and never get to see the finished product! Thank you so much for your support! We would also like to give a special thanks to Taking It To The Streets- Boerne for allowing us to be a part of their great work.
