The first grade roll has finished and students can now see their grades in ASAP. Faculty will have until noon tomorrow to enter any missing grades in ASAP. Once again, the final transfer of grades from Blackboard to ASAP will be tomorrow morning before business.

Subject: Grades are Rolling
Faculty grading has been turned off for the first grade roll. I will turn grading back on as soon as the roll is finished (hopefully by 5). There are still 6100+ missing grades in ASAP. However, this number includes grades that have been entered in Blackboard today. The final transfer of grades from Blackboard to ASAP will happen tomorrow morning by 6:30 a.m. (it takes a few hours for this process to run). After the transfer, there will be ASAP entry only and we will accept grades until noon for the final grade roll.

December 11 - Last day of finals and the Official End of the Term
December 11 - All IN's a year old converted to F's (at the end of the day)
December 12 - 13 - Commencement
December 15 - Students can see their grades online (after 2)
December 16 - Letters of Degree Awarded begin processing (GCO)
December 17 - Repeat policy processed by Registrar's Records staff (include/exclude)
December 18 - Academic Standing is updated
December 21 - Dismissed students are de-registered
January 4 - Concurrence memos for Fall grads go out
