Hello everyone!
I am happy to announce that degrees have officially posted to transcripts for the December 2016 semester! Students may now request their official transcript with their degree shown at transcript.utsa.edu. We will no longer be writing letters of degree awarded and will begin printing diplomas hopefully next week. Tuition rebate for undergraduates will not officially be processed until late-February.
I'm also very excited to announce that the position for the other coordinator in GCO has been posted! It is now titled Registrar Officer I. Please send the job announcement to anyone you think may be interested https://jobs.utsa.edu/postings/5643

January Update: USSTS Advising - Internal Advisor Phone Directory/ Emails to send petitions, SSS & ACE

I apologize for the delay in sending out January's update. We do have a few changes to include the co-location of AHUM and SOSC Advising Centers. The main lobby for these two centers is MS 4.01.50 (SOSC) and the extension to direct is x.4900. I have also included the new centralized budget staff for Advising. Please see attachment.
Just a reminder, this is an internal phone listing so please direct students to the front desk or admin listed.

DegreeWorks has gone down a few times today, and OIT has restarted it as soon as we've made them aware of it. It seems to be working now, but we'll do our best to stay on top of the situation and work with OIT to resolve the issue.
