HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! I will begin taking applications for anyone you might know interested in.. Cyber Security at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Please see below for details. As always, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Please be advised, this funding is for non-military. Hopefully, we will have more funding in the near future for U.S. Military Reservists and National Guard soon.

EARN A SCHOLARSHIP WHILE
PROTECTING AMERICA
The U.S. Department of Defense offers full scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students who pursue Information Assurance related fields of study. Following graduation, students are eligible for full-time employment with the Department of Defense. Students are required to work in the DoD a minimum of one year for each year of scholarship they receive.
BENEFITS
* Full cost of tuition and fees
* Book award
* Stipend of $25,000 for undergraduate students and $30,000 for graduate (Master's/PhD) students summer internship
* Guaranteed employment upon graduation (contingent of eligibility to obtain a clearance)
* Begin security clearance processing while being a student
* Work with the best in cyber security
ELGIBILITY
* Must be a US citizen
* 18 years of age or older
* Desire to work in a field related to cyber security
* Within two years of graduation at the undergraduate level
* Enrolled full-time and/or accepted for enrollment in a cyber-security related field at the graduate or undergraduate level at UTSA
* Online undergraduate program is allowed
* Ability to obtain a security clearance. Failure to be able to obtain a security clearance is grounds for dismissal from the DoD IASP. You must be able to obtain the required security clearance for the position selected.
