Dear All! Coming out of the fall 2023 orientation season it is hard to believe that recruitment for fall 2024 is in full swing already. UTSA DAY is scheduled for Saturday October 21, 2023. We are looking for volunteers for our Advising presentation session. You may earn 4 hours of comp time or flex your schedule during that week. If you are interested, let your supervisor know by Friday September 15th and you will be added to the volunteer list. We will have a 'training session' early October, to make sure everyone understands their duties on UTSA DAY. For questions, don't hesitate to reach out to me (Sylvia.Mansour(a)utsa.edu<mailto:Sylvia.Mansour@utsa.edu>) or your supervisor. This is a great opportunity to get away from your desk and mingle with prospective students and their families! Thanks - Sylvia Sylvia Mansour The University of Texas at San Antonio Director Academic Advising One UTSA Circle San Antonio, TX 78249 Sylvia.mansour(a)utsa.edu<mailto:Laura.garcia@utsa.edu> CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION: This email and any file transmitted with it may contain confidential information intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed.
