Call for volunteers - UTSA DAY October 26

Dear All!
Hard to believe, but yes recruiting for fall 2024 is in full swing already and our first UTSA Day is coming up in October.
UTSA DAY is scheduled for Saturday October 26, 2024. We are looking for volunteers for our Advising presentation session. You may earn 4 hours of comp time or flex your schedule during that week.
If you are interested, let your supervisor and me know by Friday September 13th and you will be added to the volunteer list.
We will have a 'training session' early October, to make sure everyone understands their duties on UTSA DAY.

This is a great opportunity to get away from your desk and mingle with prospective students and their families!
