UTSA Online (Online Programs) is now using the Change of Major Appointment Request form. If a student wishes to transfer to UTSA Online please have them complete this form as you would for any other major. Once received, our Enrollment Team will reach out to the student via email to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, the students who do not come through this method are not captured in a timely manner. In an effort to better serve our students, please retire the previous process.
