We are committed to delivering quality preparedness education through in-class and online learning methods, and continue to seek new ways to engage the UTSA community in disaster readiness. With this said, we need your help! In a few weeks, I will be submitting the innovative EP 457 training module to the International Association of Emergency Manager's (IAEM) for consideration in their global awards competition (public awareness category), whereby we need to boost our training numbers before submission. I would appreciate if each of you would take 20 minutes of your day to engage in emergency preparedness training via EP 457 (by May 22), which not only increases your awareness but will aid our goal of winning this award! Core Curriculum Update: No Chemistry in 2015-16

Good afternoon, CHE 1073 and CHE 1103 have been removed from the 2015-16 core curriculum as the Chemistry department requested. This information is being updated in the catalog. The BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, Grades 4-8 Mathematics/Science Certification Concentration had CHE 1073 or CHE 1103 a required to meet core requirement is being replaced with AST 1013 or AST 1033.
