Pre-Reqs Turned Off in the AM

Just a heads up that pre-reqs and the refresh in DegreeWorks will be turned off briefly tomorrow morning. Pre-reqs should be back on by 7:15 (this is an estimated time but it will depend on the load on the system.) DegreeWorks refresh should be back on around 8:15. This means that if you change a major, add an exception or a student registers for a class, you will not be able to see it updated in DegreeWorks until it is turned back on. Overrides

Good afternoon, As you are working through your pre-req lists, if you find students that need an override you need to give them a Q1 in order for them to not be dropped from the course. The script that we will run is normally run after grades roll and will ignore the P1's. If you give someone a Q1 that would normally need a P1, please make a note of it and after the script runs, you can go back and change it back to a P1. We will let you know when the script has run. If you've already given a P1 and don't remember who you gave it to, fret not. Attached you will find a list of P1's divided by the advisor who gave the override.
