Subject: Final McNair Recruitment
Good Afternoon,
I am the Assistant Director of the McNair Scholars program which is a nationally recognized program that assists first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented undergraduate students on the pathway to a Ph.D. We are near the end of our recruitment phase for this year and would greatly appreciate it if you all could share this flyer with your students one more time. We are accepting applications on a one by one basis and strongly encourage first-generation and low-income students to apply. A brief description of the program can be found below:
The McNair Scholars Program is a nationally recognized program that offers pathways to earning a Ph.D. through tailored advising, graduate school application assistance, organized graduate school visits travel to professional conferences, a paid 10-week summer research internship (up to $3800), and more!
Thank you all and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Best,
Pablo Montes, M.A.
