Good afternoon everyone, Apparently, there was a glitch with the script that's normally automatically run to end the orientation (OR) hold and it didn't run. A manual script was run which removed the orientation (OR) hold instead of end dating. As a reminder for the advising (OA) hold you need to end date rather than remove. Voting will take place during the meeting on Monday, August 3 (also from 10:30 AM - 1200 PM in BSE 1.110). The AAC also prefers that each center have a designated "backup" representative. Each center receives one vote on official matters, but the backup member may also attend meetings and be involved in any AAC activities. At the very least, the backup would simply fill in for the voting member during any absence. We are also inviting those who want more information before committing to serve as a future representative or backup to attend the July meeting.
