DegreeWorks server new restart times

In consultation with Academic Advising, OIT has modified the restart schedule of the DegreeWorks server. Restarts are now scheduled to occur at 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

DegreeWorks error 500

OIT has made a slight change to how "500 errors" are handled that they hope will help them diagnose ongoing issues. If you get a 500 error, or any other error in DegreeWorks, please take a screenshot and send it to the DegreeWorks mailbox, so that we can track it and forward it to OIT. Thanks!

Logging out of DegreeWorks

OIT has been in communication with Ellucian concerning the ongoing connectivity issues. Ellucian says that they have reports from other schools with similar issues. They suggest that at the end of the day, every advisor should click on the Log Out button in DegreeWorks (top right of the audit screen), then close the browser completely.
