Fall 2013 Commencement

Attached you will find information regarding the Fall 2013 Commencement in the Alamodome. The Memo from the Provost, Regalia Rental information, and Faculty Response Card are also attached for your review and response to the Dean's Office by Monday, November 25.
Commencement will be divided into three ceremonies. The faculty will be expected to attend only the ceremony for our college, Ceremony #2.
Ceremony #1 on Friday, December 20, at 4:00 p.m. College of Engineering and College of Liberal and Fine Arts
Ceremony #2 on Saturday, December 21, at 10:00 a.m. College of Education and Human Development, the College of Science, and University College
Ceremony #3 on Saturday, December 21, at 4:00 p.m. College of Architecture, College of Business, and College of Public Policy
We have a limited number of Regalia sets in the Dean's Office that can be borrowed by the junior faculty. Please let me know by Friday, December 6, if you would like to borrow regalia. If we still have regalia after this date the senior faculty can then borrow. Thank you.
