Phishing emails
by COEHD Information Technology
Hi COEHD,
There are several ‘Phishing’ emails this week. Please do not click on the links. If it looks strange to you, “Report” it as Phishing on your Outlook Ribbon.
With the latest O365 (for MAC or WINDOWS), it looks similar to this…

REPORT as Phishing:
* Locate on the Ribbon Home tab -> Click on Report or Report Message[Graphical user interface, text, application, chat or text message Description automatically generated]. You have options to report the email as “Junk” or “Phishing”. Please report it as “Phishing”.
Once you report the message, it will be deleted from your Inbox, and Office of Information Security will be notified. They will monitor this activity across campus, as well as report it to Microsoft.
If you have any questions, please email coehdtechx(a)utsa.edu<mailto:coehdtechx@utsa.edu>
