Re: Phishing emails today
by COEHD Information Technology
Thank you, Fran!
Yes, that is absolutely one of them (Kelly Mayfield).
Others are:
* DUO (notice the external â although we use DUO, we donât get emails from the company)
* LinkIn Security (notice the misspelling)
FYI, UTSA get hundreds of Phishing attempts a day! UTSA blocks most of them, but some do get through.
Thank you,
Marisol Johnson

Subject: [Coehd] Phishing emails today
Hello COEHD,
There are several Phishing emails coming through our UTSA inbox today.
Please do not click on the links.
Always report emails as Phishing when you are suspicious!
How to report as Phishing:
* Located on the Ribbon Home tab -> Report Message. You have options to report the email as âJunkâ or âPhishingâ. Please report it as âPhishingâ.
Once you report the message, it will be deleted from your Inbox and notify the Office of Information Security. They will monitor this activity across campus as well as report it to Microsoft.
If you have any questions, please email coehdtechx(a)utsa.edu<mailto:coehdtechx@utsa.edu>
