Consortium for Social Transformation is inviting to our upcoming event featured by guest speaker Dr. Gaye Theresa Johnson on 2/22/2017.
Dr. Gaye Theresa Johnson is associate professor of Chicana/o Studies and African American Studies at the University of California at Los Angles. And she writes and teaches on race and racism, cultural history, spatial politics, and political economy. Dr. Johnson is bring us two lectures "From Disappointment to Demands: Converting Wishes to Politics" and "'Enter to Leave, Depart to Serve:' Why Ethnic and Women's Studies Matter Now".
