Web Design (HTML/CSS) Bootcamp - Apr 17 @ 12pm
by Timothy Yuen
Dear Colleagues, we are offering our last programming bootcamp for the semester this Wednesday, April 17 – 12:00pm – 2:00pm. This two hour bootcamp will be on Web Design with HTML and CSS. This bootcamp is designed for pre-service teachers, but all faculty, staff, and students are welcomed to join us.
You can register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/programming-bootcamp-for-utsa-pre-service-te...
For faculty, this workshop would be very helpful if you ever wanted to make your Blackboard course content items look better. The key is to know and modify the HTML and CSS code.
Please forward to anyone you think would be interested. I hope you can join us.
-Tim Yuen.

Need furniture for your department area or lab space?
by Marisol Johnson
We are giving away these items to COEHD from the COEHD labs. We are renovating and no longer need them.
I have 2 gray workstations, 2 tables and 6 red chairs at the DT campus - FS 3.418.
The black/brownish stools (about 10) are at the 1604 campus - MB 0.330 (Dell computers not included 🙂) .
Please let me know if you would like them. You may have to place a work order to have Facilities deliver items to you - the tables are super heavy!
If no one in the College can use the items, I will send them to surplus.
Thank you,
Marisol Johnson
