Dear Colleague,
Please be aware that UTS will be conducting key maintenance on Peoplesoft and Banner systems this weekend. During this period, these services will not be available.
Banner Services:
From Friday, August 1 at 5 p.m. CDT through Saturday, August 2 at noon, users will be unable to access their myUTSA Account, AppWorx, Banner Admin, ASAP, and DegreeWorks applications.
Peoplesoft:
Beginning Friday, August 1 at 6:00 p.m. and lasting through Sunday, August 3 at 8:30 p.m., Peoplesoft will be unavailable.
These system upgrades are required to maintain system performance. Please note that the upgrade will not change the PeopleSoft user experience.
After the system updates are completed, we highly recommend that all users clear browser cache to remove outdated information.
