Hope you all had a wonderful and fun-filled summer. The fall 2013 semester is upon us. As
you begin or continue your academic journey here at UTSA, please know that the College of
Education and Human Development (COEHD) Research Lab is here to assist you in learning or
applying educational research methodology (quantitative and qualitative). Whether you are
seeking help with your on-going research projects and papers or currently enrolled in
research methods class or educational research statistics, the COEHD Research Lab is an
important resource and partner for your research and academic success. Among the services
that the COEHD Research Lab provides:
Ø formulating research questions and/or hypotheses;
Ø choosing research plans and designs;
Ø developing data generating instruments;
Ø conducting statistical analyses and procedures;
Ø interpreting and reporting results; and
Ø alternative methodological research approaches.
Attached please find the fall 2013 lab hours and location. Kindly note that appointments
or prior notification of lab visits during regularly scheduled hours is encouraged for
those COEHD graduate students who would like to request resources and feedback tailored to
their research needs.
