Here is the info: I hope this email finds you well. My name is David Johnson and I am an assistant professor in the Department of Counseling at Wake Forest University. I am conducting a research study to investigate the psychometric properties of an empathy scale that measures how counselors experience empathy during a specific session with a client while conducting either telemental health counseling or traditional in-person counseling (IRB00023839). I am contacting you to ask if you or your students, colleagues, or supervisees would be interested in participating in the study. If you or your students, colleagues, or supervisees are currently providing individual counseling or psychotherapy to an adult client, you are invited to participate in the study. If you agree to participate in the study, you will be asked to complete an online survey that will take about 20 minutes to complete. The survey will ask questions about your experiences providing counseling services. You will not be asked to provide any identifying information about yourself or your clients.
