Dear Junior Faculty, Please take a look at this fellowship award from the W. T. Grant Foundation. It provides several years of focused research support, and a cohort experience of training and developmental experiences, for new faculty who do research on systemic inequalities affecting youth development. I was a finalist for this award twice (“always the groomsman”), and even that was a great experience. I encourage everyone to look into this opportunity.
