UTSA Dept. of Public Safety is part of the Target Heroes & Helpers program, providing 50 local children with $100 Target Gift Cards. The children will shop for their families and themselves for the holiday, accompanied by a police officer (Heroes). Helpers will assist with wrapping gifts and chatting with family members.
