The Memo from the Provost, Regalia Rental information and Faculty Response Card are attached for your review and response to the Dean's Office, Attention: Priscilla Marquez, by Monday, April 18. It is important to return the response card if you will be attending Commencement. Commencement will be divided into three ceremonies. You will be expected to attend only the ceremony on Saturday, May 14 at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 14 10:00 a.m. College of Architecture, Construction and Planning College of Education and Human Development College of Sciences Saturday, May 14 4:00 p.m. College of Business College of Public Policy University College Sunday, May 15 2:00 p.m. College of Engineering College of Liberal and Fine Arts Shuttle service from both the Main and Downtown campuses is being provided for all faculty participants. Details about the shuttle service will be included in the Faculty Participants Instructions and will be sent out by the Special Events Center closer to the ceremony. We have a limited number of Regalia sets in the Dean's Office that can be borrowed by the junior faculty. Please let me know by Friday, April 22, if you would like to borrow regalia. If we still have regalia after this date, the senior faculty can then borrow. Your assistance in making the Spring 2016 Commencement a success is greatly appreciated.
