There are so many examples of individuals across our college doing truly remarkable things in research, teaching, service, academic support, and leadership. Dr. Heather Trepal is one of those exceptional individuals who have given themselves fully to building a prosperous present and future for our college since her appointment began. All would agree her leadership as Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Student Success has been vital to what we have achieved in areas such as implementing academic process improvements, elevating the student experience, compensating our GARs, and fostering a culture of respect and affirmation.
