The College of Education and Human Development is hosting a Graduate Studies Open House on
Saturday, October 15 at 9:30 a.m. on the UTSA Main Campus, Main Building 1st floor foyer.
The FREE event will feature a continental breakfast, presentations by the UTSA Graduate
School, the Financial Aid Office, and Dr. Juliet Langman, associate dean for graduate
studies, and breakout sessions with the opportunity to find out more about specific
programs and meet current faculty and students.

The College of Education and Human Development will be hosting the Sixth Annual Student
Research Colloquium on November 18, 2016 in the HUC Ballroom 1. This forum is an
opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to share their research from a class
project, thesis or dissertation, a work in progress, work with a faculty member, or
research that has been previously presented elsewhere. Prizes will be awarded in three
categories: Undergraduate, Masters, and Doctoral. First place winners in each category
will receive $500, Second place winners will receive $400 and Third place winners will
receive $300.

October 31 – deadline to complete online registration
November 10 – deadline to submit poster for printing
