Dear Faculty and Staff, Please advise students in your areas of this scholarship opportunity: The Bessie Pearce Recruitment Grant- DELTA KAPPA GAMMA Society International Beta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, an honorary society for women educators, offers grants to one or more outstanding women who plan to become classroom teachers. Applicants must be female, Bexar County residents for at least a year; full time undergraduate students, with a minimum course load of twelve (12) hours, 3.0 cumulative GPA and plan to enter the field of education. The award is at least $300. The application deadline is midnight, January 20, 2014.
