The survey is open every two years. We rely on the feedback given by our users (students, faculty/staff), to help us figure out what we can do to better serve and improve. It measures what users expect out of us, and how we meet that expectation. The 2017 survey played a role in leading to what is now known as the North Commons in JPL.
