Generating Research: Supporting FTT Professional Development and Research

During this event, we will watch an NCFDD webinar, entitled Creating a Culture of Support
for All Faculty, that will explore topics of mentorship, professional development,
evaluation, and shared governance from an FTT perspective.
We will have a facilitated discussion before and afterward about the webinar, challenges
FTTs face, and also discuss how to develop and support FTT involvement in research.
