Over his tenure, Iwan has been instrumental in elevating UTSA’s research profile, guiding faculty through complex proposal development, and championing high-impact initiatives such as the NSF CAREER Proposal Lunch & Learn Series. His personalized support has empowered many researchers to secure competitive funding and advance scholarly excellence.
