Your department or college can also purchase a table of 8 to invite students, staff and faculty. Secure your table today! This is a great opportunity to facilitate student engagement with staff and faculty. Invite students to join your staff at a table for an incredible evening. We would appreciate your presence and your help with promotion. This event is planned by UTSA students and the keynote speaker will be Dr. Myron Anderson, Vice President for Inclusive Excellence. #UTSABHM19 Tickets are $15 for UTSA students, $20 for all other guests. Tables are 8 seats. Depending on the number of which type of ticket, price would adjust. 1 full table all students = $120 1 full table all non-students = $160 Tickets can be purchased at Roadrunner Express – Or - the Student Center for Community Engagement and Inclusion can assist you through IDT. The last day to buy tickets is Friday; however the staff in SCCEI would be glad to take table orders as late as Monday, February 25.
