[Img 9896] Mingxia Zhi, doctoral student in the Department of Bicultural-Bilingual Studies, was recently awarded a Doctoral Dissertation Grant from The International Research Foundation for English Language Education<https://www.tirfonline.org/grants-prizes/doctoral-dissertati...;. Zhi's dissertation project investigates the authenticity of paper and computer-based ESL writing test. Her dissertation committee members include Drs. Becky Huang, Juliet Langman, Jorge Solís, and Rosalind Horowitz. Dr. Kristen Lindahl also provided support for Zhi's grant application.
