The Memo from the Dr. Agrawal, Regalia Rental information and Faculty Response Card are attached for your review and response to the Dean's Office, Attention: Priscilla Marquez, by Monday, November 28th. It is important to return the response card if you will be attending Commencement. Commencement will be divided into two ceremonies. You will be expected to attend only the ceremony on Saturday, December 17 at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 17 10:00 a.m. College of Architecture, Construction and Planning College of Business College of Education and Human Development College of Public Policy Saturday, December 17 4:00 p.m. College of Engineering College of Liberal and Fine Arts College of Sciences University College Shuttle service from both the Main and Downtown campuses is being provided for all faculty participants. Details about the shuttle service will be included in the Faculty Participants Instructions and will be sent out by the Special Events Center closer to the ceremony. We have a limited number of Regalia sets in the Dean's Office that can be borrowed by the junior faculty. Please let me know by Friday, December 2nd, if you would like to borrow regalia. If we still have regalia after this date, the senior faculty can then borrow. Your assistance in making the Fall 2016 Commencement a success is greatly appreciated.
