Since May 2012, a group of students at UTSA has been receiving computer training from the College of Education and Human Development faculty, staff and students, but these students aren’t typical college students. They’re housekeeping staff members. And, many of them had never even been in front of a computer before they started these classes. Hannah Douglas, a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) College of Education and Human Development (COEHD), was one of three applicants from across the nation accepted into the Doctorate in Child Development program at the Erikson Institute in Chicago.
