I have attached the formal policy. Please note that there are exceptions that address proposals submitted after the 5/2 deadline, with approval by department chairs and ADRs. Our primary purpose for this policy is to allow enough time for RSC staff to conduct a review of the proposal in accordance with the BAA/RFP or other solicitation and requirements from the sponsor. The RSCs will meet with new faculty (and have been working with many already) and are eager to support their research administration needs.
