Good Afternoon COEHD Dr. DelliCarpini has offered the option for your offices to close during the December skeleton crew days, which are December 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st. If you plan to close your offices during the skeleton crew days, you will need to designate an emergency contact person(s) for each day. Please provide their name(s) and contact number(s) to Laura Earleywine and Jean-Luk Rueda by Monday, December 21. You will need to do the following: 1. Notify your faculty and staff that your offices will be closed December 22nd through January 3rd, resuming normal operating hours on Monday, January 4, 2021. 2. If you provide critical services and need to remain open, please contact Security Services (security.services@utsa.edu<mailto:security.services@utsa.edu>) and Facilities to let them know that your offices will be open December 22nd through January 3rd so that sufficient heating/cooling is provided and your doors are locked/unlocked as appropriate. Please provide this information to me as well. 3. Departments/offices forward your phones your main number and forward to our main number to 458-4370. 4.
