UTSA welcomes group of Mexican

The University of Texas at San Antonio recently welcomed educators from Mexico City,
Puebla, Oaxaca, Guerrero and Veracruz, Mexico as part of the 2017 International Mobility
Scholarship Program. The UTSA Office of ESL Services and the UTSA College of Education and
Human Development are hosting these high school teachers for a 5-week program that
provides them the opportunity to increase their linguistic, cultural, and pedagogical
