Subject: [Coehd] More good news from TABE
Dear Colleagues,
The UTSA COEHD will have lots to celebrate at the TABE 2022 Awards Luncheon. Last week we
congratulated Dr. Sarah De La Garza for receiving the TABE 2022 Dissertation Award.
I am happy to share that Dr. Monica Medina (ELPS M.Ed. & Ph.D. alumna) received Third
Place for the TABE 2022 Dissertation Award. I was honored to have served as chairperson of
her dissertation committee. Dr. Medina is a Dual Language Coordinator with SAISD.
