Dear Faculty Member Participating in Commencement: Thank you for your positive response to Dr. John Frederick's memorandum inviting your participation in the University's May 2016 Commencement. The faculty procession for the College of Architecture, Construction & Planning, College of Education & Human Development and College of Sciences will need to assemble no later than 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Alamodome. The Commencement ceremony processional will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. in the Alamodome. A preliminary program/instruction sheet is attached for your reference that includes information on shuttle service being provided for all faculty participants. Shuttles will be provided from both the Main and Downtown campuses for all faculty. Please be sure to arrive no later than 8:00 a.m. to ride the shuttle to the Alamodome. The shuttle will also leave the ceremony no later than 12:30 p.m. Enter the Alamodome through the South entrance loading dock (see attached layout). The faculty participants will robe in Meeting Room C/D on the lowest level. There will be signs and volunteers to assist you.
