Since 2015, Dr. Clark has been one of COEHD’s most productive and community active faculty members. Throughout his career, Dr. Clark has been a tireless advocate for more inclusive and culturally responsive educational policy and practice in schools – a line of inquiry that aligns squarely with UTSA’s core mission to serve as an engine for social mobility and economic prosperity.
