COEHD Lunch & Learn Series

Dear COEHD faculty and staff,
We are pleased to announce COEHD's Lunch & Learn series. These one-hour sessions will cover common processes related to various aspects of our work in the college. Jeff Stover, Assistant Dean, Fiscal Administration and Diana Pirhala, COEHD BSC Specialist III, will lead. The goal of these sessions is to demystify processes and procedures, and to give faculty and staff an opportunity to ask questions about these and related topics.
We will send calendar invites so that you can hold the dates/times on your calendar and will update it as topics are decided (based on your needs). Please reach out with any questions.

We'd like to welcome Frances Sanchez, COEHD’s Communication & Development Coordinator.
A little about Frances, she’s a native of El Paso, TX, and holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. She began her career in local media covering El Paso news along the border before moving to Washington DC. There, she worked for CNN DC, covering everything from the Obama re-election, immigration, Hurricane Sandy, the Sandy Hook and Aurora, CO theater shootings, and more. In 2015, she transitioned to working for a local nonprofit doing humanitarian work in Palestine and the West Bank before moving back to Texas. She recently did communication work for the Cibolo Center for Conservation in Boerne. She lives in Boerne with her husband, two dogs, and one cat.
