Dear COEHD Faculty and Staff, It is with sadness that I write to tell you that Betty Merchant's mother, Lucille Merchant, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 12th. Services will be today, Monday, April 14, 2014 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home, 148 Lake Street, Rouses Point, NY and Tuesday, April 15th, 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, Lake Street, Rouses Point, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center, 75 Beekman Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
