15 July 2014 Dear COEHD Faculty, I am writing to alert you to the 2015 AERA Conference. It is heartwarming to see UTSA represented on the AERA Program. We also hold an UTSA Gathering for faculty and students at the meeting, which you will not want to miss! The AERA 2015 Annual Meeting will be held in Chicago, Illinois on Thursday, April 16 - Monday, April 20 2015. The theme of the conference is "Toward Justice: Culture, Language, and Heritage in Education Research and Praxis." Proposals are being accepted until Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time). Please mark your personal calendar with this information. A chart is provided below with a comprehensive list of important deadlines. For guidelines, go to htttp://www.aera.net Chart of Critical Dates for Submission Process June 2, 2014, to July 22, 2014, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) All submitters may log in to the Online Submission System during the open submission period to submit a paper or session, or to review and make changes to a submission, including uploading a revised paper for a paper or session submission. Uploading a revised submission automatically replaces the current submission. July 22, 2014, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) Call for submissions closes. No late submissions will be accepted. November 3, 2014 Notification of acceptance or rejection will be emailed and will also be viewable in the Online Submission System in the Message Center section. March 26, 2015 Deadline for authors of accepted papers must upload a final paper to the AERA Online Submission System.
