[Coehd] Faculty vs administrators

Hello all, I am confused about who is considered faculty and who is considered an administrator, especially in regards to who can vote in department promotions and tenure process. I had thought that voting faculty had to be teaching at least 1 class a semester to be considered voting faculty. Where does one go to find out which administrators are considered to be faculty and will be able to vote in the departments consideration of promotion and tenure. Thanks, Felecia
