Thanks for forwarding this information, Sara. I attended this conference last year and it
was a wonderful event. I was heartened by the many families who participated, and by the
tremendous community involvement. I know UTSA's presence would communicate a strong
support for a very worthy cause. I hope to see many of my COEHD colleagues there!

Dear Community Partners,
We are just a four weeks away from the Pathways to Hope Conference. The conference is
taking place on Friday August 11 and 12 at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. The
evening of Aug 11, we will also be hosting a special Youth Event. This conference is FREE
and open to the public.
We are asking for your assistance in sending the an email invitation to your respective
groups, colleagues and service families, encouraging them to register and attend the free
community wide conference.
We would encourage you to please forward the conference information flyer, youth event
flyer and program website for the free registration. Lunch is on your own this year, and
we have arranged for food trucks to be available in Travis Park for quick convenience.
However, we are also providing lunch vouchers for any family that has a financial
hardship.
We suggest that you place the flyer, image of Pathways Logo with hyperlink to webpage or
any of the graphics attached to your:
· Company website ad banner
· Share the event on your social media channels (Facebook, Instgram, Twitter or
other) and tag Pathways To Hope
· Print Flyer and place on your community bulletin board
· Place info on your service desks ( please call if you need prints)
· Send out to your email list serves or family support staff to provide to
families or themselves
As a thank you for your support, we are naming all of the community supporters on the
conference website and placing an acknowledgement in the printed materials. If you will
please reply with your agreement that you will support our request to post and let me know
how (examples above or other) and include your company logo, this will help track partners
and also ensure that proper credit is provided. In addition, we will be hosting a
community resource area where we will place all of your materials for people to pick up.
Thanks to the generous support of financial and in-king donors, this conference is FREE
and open to the public.
If anyone has any questions about the event, expresses difficulty registering or needs
assistance, we are ready to help.
