By Jo Ann Jones | September 08, 2014 The University of Texas at San Antonio’s (UTSA) College of Education and Human Development (COEHD) recently acquired the ownership of the “Bilingual Review” from Arizona State University’s (ASU) Hispanic Research Center (HRC). The journal will be housed in the Department of Bicultural-Bilingual Studies (BBL) under the editorial direction of Dr. Howard Smith, associate professor.
