The Regents’ Outstanding Employee Award (ROEA) seeks to recognize 30 UT System employees
per year from across the UT institutions for their outstanding performance, innovation,
enthusiasm and dedication in their job. ROEA winners receive $10,000 awards and are
honored at a luncheon hosted by the UT System chancellor and Board of Regents.
The deadline to submit the nomination packets is 5 p.m., Friday, Feb. 2, 2018. Visit the

The University Life Awards, sponsored by the UTSA Student Government Association, is a
UTSA tradition that honors the most outstanding students, student organizations, faculty,
and staff members on our campus. From the colleges, the Student Government Association
will recognize an outstanding undergraduate and graduate student. Finalists and winners
will be announced at the University Life Awards Banquet on Thursday, April 5, 2018.
The COEHD Office of Undergraduate Student Success is seeking nominations for outstanding
undergraduate and graduate students from COEHD faculty and staff. In order to be eligible
for the award, a student must be an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in the
COEHD and currently enrolled at UTSA. The award is based upon academic achievement and
involvement in the UTSA community.
Please complete the nomination form and submit to Dr. Janis Harmon via email or campus
mail no later than Friday, February 16, 2018.
