[Coehd] Reminder to participate in Huron survey

Dear COEHD Colleagues, I hope each of you is having a wonderful summer. I look forward to engaging with all of you again soon. As you know, the entire university, including the COEHD, has undergone numerous changes over the past few years. Each of you have worked diligently to rise to these changes and challenges. As we continue to focus on UTSA and COEHD's future success, I wanted to explore ways to better optimize COEHD's administrative structure to continue to meet the needs of the College and its constituents. To that end, and as many of you are already aware, I have engaged Huron Consulting Group to assess the COEHD and assist in optimizing performance and operations. The partnership with Huron has focused on the following: * Alignment: Improve role clarity and decision-making processes and execution of responsibilities where needed * Efficacy: Enhance consistency and effectiveness in planning, resource allocation, and accountability * Responsiveness: Promote organizational agility and enhance the College's ability to grow and evolve Many of you have already connected with our Huron partners and, as a next step in the assessment, we wanted to cast a wide net to hear from as many of you as possible. Below you will find a link to a quick pulse survey hosted by Huron. Whether or not you have already connected with Huron, we hope each of you will take a few minutes to respond and share your thoughts.
