[Coehd] Call for Applications: Associate Dean of Research and Faculty Development

Dear Colleagues, I hope this email finds you well. I am attaching the revised position description for the Associate Dean of Research and Faculty Development. I hope to identify a candidate by early June, and that person will have the opportunity to meet with Dr. Nora over the summer to be debriefed on our research portfolio, etc. This position has been re-imagined in order to reflect the new scope of the role and responsibilities of the Associate Dean given current initiatives and trends . The Associate Dean of Research and Faculty Development will play a key role in the college's expansion of our external funding and the development and support of faculty in these areas. If you are interested in applying for the position: Please send a letter of intent that outlines your understanding of the position and what it requires from a college and university perspective, as well as your vision for its development, speaking specifically to where you see the greatest needs and the greatest assets that we can leverage for success. Please include brief discussion on where you see the college in 5 years vis a vis research .
