[Coehd] ELPS Golf Tournament Canceled and Reschedule for 2016

Hi Everyone, Due to getting a late start on planning for the 2015 ELPS golf tournament and the low number of registrations this close to the June 19, 2015, tournament date, we have decided to cancel this year's tournament and start it back up, tentatively in June 2016.
